Quick Start Guide PDF ($49)
This is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase. Because of the immediate delivery, all sales are final once the PDF download has been accessed. If you experience technical issues accessing the download, contact support@buildengine.tech and we’ll resolve them or issue a full refund.
AI-Generated Reports (Idea Validator $99, Top 10 Trending Ideas $99, Both Reports Bundle $149, Founder Starter Pack $199)
These reports are generated specifically for your purchase and delivered within approximately 10 to 15 minutes via email. We offer a refund under these specific circumstances:
System failure: If our AI generation fails to deliver your report, we’ll automatically issue a full refund within 24 hours.
Quality concerns: If you receive your report and feel it didn’t meet the standards we describe on our product pages, contact us within 14 days at support@buildengine.tech with specific concerns. We may regenerate your report or issue a full refund based on your feedback.
Customer error: If you submitted incorrect information for your Idea Validator (wrong idea description, etc.), we can regenerate one time at no additional charge if requested within 7 days. Subsequent regenerations require a new purchase.
Founder Starter Pack
This bundle includes the Quick Start Guide PDF (delivered immediately) and two AI-generated reports. The Quick Start Guide portion is non-refundable once accessed. The AI report portions follow the policy above.
How to Request a Refund
Email: support@buildengine.tech
Include: Order number (from your purchase email), reason for refund request, any specific concerns
Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued within 24 hours of request approval. The refund will appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Refunds That Cannot Be Issued
- We cannot refund purchases beyond the windows specified above
- We cannot refund based on the substance of validation outcomes (e.g., you don’t agree with the analysis)
- We cannot refund partial use of bundles (the entire bundle is refunded or none of it)
Statement Descriptor
Charges from BuildEngine appear as “BUILDENGINE” on your statement.
